will train and push your child to be the best student, person also athlete. We will run work on feet work , hand work, eye contract . The last 30 mins we will do yoga stretch. U&B sports wear and corp also will be sponsoring a few kids with the right attitude and drive in the mid future. we will make a schedule that fits both parent & trainer liking we will train at the gym also the track softball baseball we ill train there if needed also soccer.

Every level is a harder level of training and skill learning.
